Our comprehensive, on-the-job training is first rate as it’s provided by experienced staff who are allocated time to mentor you. We also fund a range of skills-based and qualification-led training courses that will assist your learning and development and accelerate your career progression.
New graduates who join, receive a comprehensive structured mentoring programme, starting with an intensive initial training period and supplemented by ongoing training and mentoring planned over the following months.
Experienced staff also receive appropriate mentoring to fill any gaps and additionally undertake skills-based and / or
qualification led training courses, for example all our project managers are PRINCE2 accredited, many of our implementation and development staff are Agile “Scrum Masters”, and we also use ISEB and ITIL training courses to develop our QA test and customer service staff.
We expect our staff to be motivated and career oriented so we also encourage you to take an interest in your own personal development to enable you to do the job as effectively as possible. If you undertake personal study in a subject directly related to your work, you may even find that we will provide financial assistance with course fees and academic materials.
We operate a quarterly performance appraisal system, so training needs are regularly reviewed and planned.
