Toplevel has developed BookingOffice for Registrars which provides on-line booking for birth, death and marriage appointments, as well as group citizenship, nationality checking and requests for copy birth certificate appointments. Also venue and room booking diaries.
The online booking facility allows customers to make appointments 24/7 which meets e-government and Gershon targets, as well as providing a user friendly diary system for Registrars and staff.
