printing out booking schedules for the day, searching existing
bookings quickly and easily and making block bookings or multiple
bookings quickly and easily. If a facility has to be unexpectedly
suspended the messaging module enables operational staff to automatically
email or text message everyone who has booked, to let them know of the
cancellation.
Management Information A full audit trail keeps tabs on who made or
changed a booking. Management reports allow you to see who is using the
facilities, analyse working patterns and utilisation levels so that you can
optimise facilities to meet the needs of your flexible workforce.
Cost Centres An accounting module allows allocation of bookings to different
cost centres, enabling you to share usage of desks, car parking and meeting
rooms between a number of different departments and account for the levels
of usage made by each department.
