Toplevel launches new website and 48hr Challenge

Toplevel to help government organisations understand benefits of online service through new web site and ‘48 hour challenge’

Toplevel Computing is launching a ‘48 hour challenge’ for prospective new customers to help them better understand how moving services online with Toplevel Outreach will benefit their organisation. The free service, which is available to qualified government organisations, will let them see a working prototype of their personalised Toplevel Outreach solution and give an insight into how quick and easy Outreach is to tailor.

The ‘48 hour challenge’ is part of a wider move by Toplevel to rebrand and reposition itself and its products in order to help customers get the most from its solutions, and from case management software..

Toplevel’s OfficeForms, OfficeProcess and BookingOffice solutions have been combined into a single software suite called Toplevel Outreach that provides an end-to-end solution for delivering online government services that reach staff, customers and partner agencies.

The company is also re-launching its website to reflect the new branding and focus.

Additionally Toplevel will be running a series of webinars in autumn 2011 to explain the benefits of its online service solutions for government organisations. “We’ve recognised that we need to do a better job of explaining to new and existing customers how moving services online can provide a step change for the better in their operations, and how our solutions can help them achieve those benefits,” says Jane Roberts, Toplevel's Strategy Director. “The ‘48 hour challenge” and the webinars will help government organisations explore the potential of online services in a way that directly relates to their individual needs.”

To take advantage of the ‘48 hour challenge’, new customers will need to provide an experienced member of staff to work alongside the Toplevel team during the challenge, to explain what business issues the prototype needs to address. Following completion of the prototype, there will be a short joint review to understand the outcome including clarifying potential savings and benefits.

"Customers will still be able to take advantage of the same proven solutions that provide government-strength security, accessibility, flexibility, collaboration and certification," Jane Roberts explains. "We’re also as committed as ever to continuing to develop our solutions to meet the ongoing needs of government organisations for reliable, cost-effective online service delivery."
