How can the system be extended?
Any authorised staff can print and view the diaries. Activity reports enable you to analyse and optimise your service. The system can be extended to allow selective access to the system to other groups of users. For example, staff in other departments or offices might be allowed to make some bookings on your behalf, freeing you up to deal with customers. Likewise staff in partner organisations could be given a degree of access to the system, reducing the volume of phone calls your staff have to deal with.
