MoD had different appraisal reporting systems for each of the armed services. We provided a common appraisal reporting system, capable of tri-service use delivering a common appraisal method, improving the consistency of scoring, and linking in to many of the disparate back end HR systems which were then in use.
This has been in use since 2002 for approximately 35,000 appraisal reports each year.
